The video showed that I would be making this and able to add my daughter’s flowers from her bouquet. They are nowhere near what I thought I was buying. The letters are small, not the same font and already have tiny flowers in them. There is no epoxy to pour or way to personalize. The letters are also bent and out of shape. I’m very disappointed.

SIZE WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN EXPECTED. THE LETTER DOES NOT STAND INDEPENDENTLY AND FALLS EASILY. I EXPECTED BRIGHT COLORS SIMILAR TO THE ADVERTISING. WHAT I RECEIVED WAS WHITE DAISIES THAT BLENDED INTO MY OFF WHITE WALLS.

We got the letter S flower light and you could not connect the light to the battery because when it was made they got glue in it and you cannot put it together to work. I email your company to let u know and you want me to pay for postage when it’s your mistake and the product does not do what it should do so it’s very unfair to ask me to pay more money for a dodgy product

I purchased 6 different letters. I loved the ones that were advertised. They looked great. The items I received didn't look as nice, not enough flowers in the design. But you know what, I was okay with that, I was not okay with my Letter B. All I did was unwrap it and put the batteries in. It worked for about 10 seconds then the light went out and I see the wire hanging down. I was so disappointed. I've purchased these items as gifts for my closest and dearest friends. Now, I'm not feeling so good about giving them to my friends. So far the letter B which is the one for me is the only issue I have. Please give me a credit for that one or send me another one and I will send the this one back. Thank you for handling this matter. And please respond. Thanks
