My cats love it! However I sent 2 emails about the dedicated no-rinse essense and soft cotton towel which the box references, but got no response. Is the cotton towel included, or not? I sure wish I had an answer!

THE directions say put the cloth on center piece after filling center with water. THERE WAS NO CLOTHE included. They owe me a clothe. The cat I wanted to groom is afraid of the brush. He is still little feral. My other cats love to be brushed with brush. Brush helps to clean off cats that roll in the dirt.

This brush is amazing! I wasn’t sure how well it would work and if it would be any different than a “regular” brush, but what a pleasant surprise. It brushed out so much undercoat from my cat’s fur and none of it flew around like it usually does.
Luna was a little freaked out at first but got used to it and now she loves it. Wookiee ran away but I’m sure she’ll come around after a couple of grooming.
I used a damp dryer sheet cut to size and it worked really well, but I’ll probably eventually buy the cloths that go with the brush. I highly recommend this!

All of my cats LOVE this! Have 2 short haired, 2 long haired Mainecoons. The longhaired usually hate brushing, but they really like this item. Surprisingly, the water feature appeals to them. Plan to purchase 3 more, an extra for me and 2 for friends. Excellent product!

It was horrifying to find a product id label stuck over the directions. After about 15 minutes of painstaking moves with a small knife, I was able to remove the sticker in small pieces!! Thank heavens for that step-which otherwise would have rendered the the pet grooming comb useless and would have dumped it into the trash. Have not used it yet--I am hoping it will be worthwhile after all the work!!

Doesn't wet furr too much but just enough. The cat loves it. The cat for some reason doesn't clean her self properly and now she looks cleaner and smells better. Hlher furr looks healthier already after one use.

My cats very fussy when it come to beeing brushed. She actually hates me brushing her. But I found with this brush she loves it. The water makes it easy to go through her hair. And it's very soft . I know don't have a fight on my hands when I brush her she actually comes looking to be brushed.
